Pre-launch status of the service

Workshed is not yet generally available. This site is informational and nothing on it is for sale: no fees are charged, no card details are collected, and no contract for paid services is formed. Product descriptions, features and availability may change before launch.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

No payments are collected today. When paid plans launch, these terms will apply and the final policy will be published on this page before any charge is made:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If you are charged in error, contactcontact@workshed.io within 30 days and we will refund that charge.
• We do not offer free trials at launch. Any change to the refund window, notice period or trial terms will be published on this page before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
• Don't try to access, disrupt or overload the site or systems behind it without our written permission.
• Don't scrape or republish the site's content at a volume or rate that degrades it for others.

Intellectual property

The site's content, brand and code belong to us or our licensors. You may read the site and share links to it; no other licence is granted. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

Third-party links and services

Where the site links to third-party sites or services, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or terms.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". Product features described here are not yet available, so we make no promise of availability, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Workshed Inc. is incorporated in Delaware. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change with them. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
